Dang Computers recently worked on my computer as I was having pop ups appear on each page I was visiting. I wasn’t sure if the issue was with the pop up settings or if I had a virus. I reviewed the issues and he was very positive and was willing to assist. He provided an estimated time frame for the process along with the cost all up front. He took the computer and reviewed files and programs that were installed on my computer. As Ken was reviewing the information he notified me of any that were at risk and always kept me in the loop of the process and what he was doing and where he was at.  During the cleanup process of the hardware, Ken did find a virus on the computer. He provided a few options along with the benefits of each along with providing suggestions on some of my other settings to ensure my computer was running effectively.   He also provided the information and suggestions prior to just doing or implementing the change. This way nothing was a surprise to me when I received the computer back. My overall experience with working with Keenly was very positive and would recommend him to anyone with computer issues. He stayed within the timeline set and didn’t over the amount he quoted at the beginning. He was very professional, informational and thought me what to look for in the future when and if I were to experience the same issue.
